This website is operated independently by Mark Yaffe, an independent licensed Florida real estate broker associate of Nest Seekers International, for the purpose of providing information about The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami and offering buyer's-broker representation services.
This site is not operated by, sponsored by, or affiliated with the developer of The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami, Swire Properties, or Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. The official developer site is mo-residencesmiami.com.
2. No offer to sell
Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy a residence at The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami. Any such offer can be made only by the developer through the documents required by Section 718.503, Florida Statutes. In no event shall any solicitation, offer, or sale of a unit be made in, or to residents of, any state or country in which such activity would be unlawful.

All information on this website is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed and should be independently verified. All measurements, square footages, features, prices, and availability are approximate, conceptual, and subject to change without notice. All renderings, plans, features, services, and amenities depicted or described are conceptual only and based upon preliminary development plans.

4. Trademark notice
The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami is being developed by affiliates of 50A Developer LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the "Developer"), which has a limited right to use the trademarked names and logos of Swire Properties and Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. The Residences (the "Residences") are not developed, sponsored, owned, offered or sold by Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group or any affiliate thereof ("MOHG"), and MOHG makes no representation, warranty or guaranty of any kind regarding the Residences. Developer and owners of the Residences use the Mandarin Oriental name and trademarks subject to the terms of revocable licenses from MOHG which may expire or be terminated.
All trademarks displayed on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used here for informational purposes only.
5. Independent broker representation
Mark Yaffe is an independent licensed Florida real estate broker associate (FL SL3477659) of Nest Seekers International. Engaging Mark as your buyer's broker creates a brokerage relationship governed by Florida real estate licensing law. Specifics of that relationship will be disclosed in writing prior to executing any purchase agreement, in accordance with Florida statute.
